We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons during Jordan’s spring and autumn months. Popular dates fill up quickly, so early booking ensures your preferred date is available.

You are not allowed to purchase products or request services from us unless:

  • The user is at least 18 years old to register or request services via the app.
  • You have completed the registration process and created a valid account.
  • You are a resident of a country to which we deliver.
  • You provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Delivery of the item to the consumer or provision of the service within the agreed period or usual period without delay.
  • If no one is at your address for the order and it is not possible to leave the products in your mailbox or a safe place, we may terminate the contract.
  • Execution of your order is considered started when we reach the address you provided.
  • The products become your property once we receive full payment.
  • Product images on our website and other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may vary slightly from these images. While we have made every effort to display colors and printing accurately, we do not guarantee that your computer’s display or other advertising materials accurately reflect the colors of the products delivered to you.

  • The Smart Craft (YAD YAD) app is a digital platform connecting clients with independent service providers.
  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) does not directly provide services and is not responsible for service quality, timing, legality, or suitability.
  • All services are provided at the sole risk of the service providers.

  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) provides a digital feature for posting ads, enabling users to list items for sale such as home appliances, furniture, and similar goods.
  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) is not a party to any transaction between the seller and buyer.
  • The platform does not verify, guarantee, or assume liability for ad accuracy, item condition, delivery, or payment.
  • All transactions occur outside the app and are the full responsibility of both buyer and seller.

 

  • All service providers registered on the Smart Craft (YAD YAD) platform are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Smart Craft (YAD YAD).
  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes during or resulting from services provided.

  • Once you submit a request through the Smart Craft (YadYad) application, you will receive an acknowledgment confirming receipt of your request. This confirmation may be sent via email, phone number , SMS, in-app notification, or any other communication method associated with the contact details you provided during registration Please note that this acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your request. All requests are subject to availability and approval by Smart Craft (YadYad), and we reserve the right to reject any request at our discretion.
  • If you choose to pay by bank or credit card, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer to obtain authorization for the payment. Your request will not be processed until full payment is successfully received.
    Once your request is accepted, a final confirmation will be sent to you through the app or via your registered contact method (email or phone number). At that point, the contract between you and Smart Craft (YadYad) shall be deemed legally binding.
  • Once you submit your order, we begin processing it, which means you will not be able to change it before delivery.
  • These terms and conditions, and any contract between us, are provided in English or Arabic only. Please note that we may not necessarily keep a copy of your contract. You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions and your order for future reference.
  • By using the app, users agree to receive notifications, promotional messages, or updates via SMS, email, or app notifications.

  • The price is payable for the service and/or products as indicated on our website in Jordanian Dinar. Please note that the prices listed on our website include VAT but do not include any applicable delivery charges, which are displayed separately during the payment process.
  • We may change the prices on our website at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted. However, if the VAT rate changes after your order date, we will adjust the VAT amount you pay unless you have already fully paid for the products before the VAT change takes effect.
  • You must pay for the products and/or services (including all applicable delivery fees), and we will charge the value of your order to the card you selected as soon as you reach the final invoice page and submit your order. We immediately contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment.
  • If we accept your order and process it while there is a clear and obvious pricing error that you could reasonably notice as such, we may terminate the contract and refund any amounts you have paid under the contract and request the return of any products provided to you.
  • Payment Methods
    • Cash on service completion.
    • Electronic payment via card.
    • Balance available in the electronic wallet.
    • The user must select and confirm the payment method before assigning the task to the service provider.

  • The user agrees to pay the full service fee immediately upon completion of the task, whether through the platform or directly in cash to the service provider. Failure or delay in payment may result in legal actions, account suspension, and financial liability according to the law.

  • Failure to meet the payment obligation will result in immediate account suspension and referral to collection authorities or legal procedures according to the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) is committed to taking reasonable measures to enhance the safety of all service providers (Taskers).
  • Service providers have the full right to refuse entry to any site or location they deem unsafe or suspicious.
  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) also reserves the right to suspend or ban any user reported for creating an unsafe work environment.

  • Although Smart Craft (YAD YAD) verifies users and encourages safe interactions, service providers acknowledge that they operate as independent contractors and bear full responsibility for their safety during task execution.
  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) disclaims any liability for personal injury, theft, or damage that occurs outside the app or due to non-compliance with platform protocols.

  • You have the right to cancel the contract in case of cash on delivery or before receiving the order or starting the service, provided this cancellation does not harm us.

  • Products can only be returned if they are damaged and/or defective due to us, provided we are notified within a maximum of two days from the delivery date. A technician will inspect the product to determine the cause of the damage. Products damaged due to misuse are non-returnable.

  • If you are a consumer, we are legally obliged to supply products that conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights regarding defective or damaged products.

  • We may terminate the contract at any time by notifying you if:
  • You fail to make any payments when due.
  • You fail to provide us, within a reasonable time of our request, with the information necessary to provide the products or services.
  • You fail to allow us, within a reasonable time, to deliver the products to you or provide the required service.
  • If we terminate the contract under any of the above circumstances, we will refund any money you paid in advance for products not provided, but we may deduct or impose reasonable compensation for costs incurred due to breach of the contract.

  • If we fail to comply with these terms, we are liable for the loss or damage you suffer as a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any unforeseeable loss or damage.
  • We provide products for local and personal use only. If you use products for commercial purposes, resale, or business use, we are not responsible for any loss of profits, business, expected savings, business interruption, or lost opportunities.

  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligations under a contract caused by an event beyond our control.
  • If a force majeure event affects the performance of our obligations, we will notify you as soon as possible, suspend our obligations, and extend the performance period for the duration of the event.
  • You may cancel a contract affected by a force majeure event if there is a significant risk of delay. To cancel a contract under this clause, please contact us.

  • All intellectual property rights in the products are owned by us or our licensors. All rights reserved.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Craft (YAD YAD) is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of the platform or services.

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold Smart Craft (YAD YAD), its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
  • Misuse of the platform.
  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Services provided or received via the platform.

  • In the event of a dispute, claim, or disagreement related to the Smart Craft (YAD YAD) platform, the platform will seek an amicable resolution.
  • If no amicable solution is reached, the dispute will be referred to Jordanian courts in accordance with Jordanian law, and any arbitration decision is final and binding.

  • Users are prohibited from harassing, abusing, threatening, or harming service providers, Smart Craft (YAD YAD) staff, or other users.
  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating community standards or engaging in illegal or abusive behavior.

  • By using the Smart Craft (YAD YAD) app, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the platform’s privacy policy.

  • Smart Craft (YAD YAD) reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently disable user access in case of:
  • Policy violations.
  • Fraudulent or misleading activity.
  • Platform misuse.
  • Any action causing harm to users, service providers, or Smart Craft (YAD YAD).

  • Nothing in these terms affects your consumer rights under applicable law.
  • If we need to contact you, we will do so in writing or by phone using the contact information you provided, unless you request otherwise.
  • We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your contract are those displayed on our website when you place your order.
  • You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person unless we agree in writing.
  • The contract is formed between you and us, and no one else may enforce its terms.
  • Each clause of these terms is separate. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain valid.
  • These terms are governed by Jordanian law. Any disputes arising will be referred to Jordanian courts.
  • Users and service providers agree to indemnify and hold Smart Craft (YAD YAD) harmless from any claims arising from platform services.
